Hypnosis is a deep relaxed state where your analytical critical mind stops, and your subconscious mind is ready to receive what you need to let go or change. You will feel very relaxed after your first session.
When you are in a very deep relaxed state you can reprogram your subconscious mind and absorb all the positive and helpful information that will create positive changes in your life, body and mind.
First, we will address what you need to achieve during a session. Then I will ask more about your concerns and what you are ready to transform. After explaining you more about hypnosis and its benefits, I will guide you through a very deep relaxation where you will feel, see and experience the results you are creating. Finally, you will notice how much you created in just 45 minutes.
How Much Does It Cost?
Includes 3 sessions. First session is approximately 2 hours.
Many people stop after 1 session. If not, 2 additional sessions are included.
Typically, between 4 and 6 sessions will be recommended.
